This year all attendees will receive an exclusive book which will include a selection of the first team’s recipes. These recipes have been created by the Nutrition team at FC Barcelona and follow the concept of nutrition periodization, adapting the athlete’s intake in response to the different periods of training and competition. Understanding nutrition periodization is vital to help players achieve their optimal performance.
