Developing an appealing, personalized experience for each one of our fans; this is our area’s fundamental mission. To achieve this, we work together with the Digital and Information Technology departments on two major pillars: development of tools to capture and manage data that will allow us to better get to know our fans, and development of technologies that will allow us to design personalized experiences for each one of those fans.
